Noctra is a media player and playlist organizer. It does not provide or sell media content, IPTV subscriptions, playlists, streaming links, or access to paid services.
- Bring only sources you own, control, or are legally allowed to use.
- Noctra does not supply or verify the legality of third-party media or services.
- Downloads are your responsibility and must follow the rights attached to the source.
- Store purchases and refunds are handled under the Microsoft Store's rules.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Noctra, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. No Content or Subscription Is Provided
Noctra does not provide, host, sell, rent, broadcast, retransmit, or include TV channels, movies, series, playlists, EPG data, streaming links, IPTV subscriptions, or other media content. The application does not grant access to protected, paid, or subscription content.
3. Your Content Sources and Responsibilities
You are responsible for adding only sources that you own, control, or are legally authorized to access. You must comply with copyright law, licensing terms, provider terms, regional laws, and any other rules that apply to your sources and use.
You must not use Noctra to:
- Access, copy, download, organize, display, or distribute unauthorized or illegal content.
- Bypass subscriptions, payment systems, access controls, DRM, geo-restrictions, or provider restrictions.
- Infringe copyright, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
- Disrupt the app, its services, or third-party systems.
- Reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Third-Party Services
Providers, playlists, portals, streams, EPG feeds, metadata services, and other third-party sources are operated by their respective owners. Noctra does not control and is not responsible for their availability, legality, accuracy, quality, security, pricing, changes, outages, or content. You are responsible for any provider account, subscription, fee, credential, or access right required by those services.
5. Downloads and Offline Use
If Noctra allows downloading or offline playback from a source you add, you may use that feature only when you have the legal and contractual right to do so. You are responsible for deleting downloaded items when your right to access them ends.
6. Free and Premium Features
Noctra may offer Free and Premium editions or features. Feature availability and limits may differ between editions and may change in future application versions. Promotion codes may provide temporary Premium access and may be limited, expire, become inactive, be restricted to one use per device, or be withdrawn.
7. Microsoft Store Purchases
Purchases, payments, taxes, refunds, Store reviews, and entitlement processing are managed by Microsoft and are subject to Microsoft Store policies. Noctra does not directly process payment-card information.
8. Support and Enforcement
We may refuse support or restrict access to developer-operated features when use appears to involve infringement, abuse, fraud, attacks, or illegal activity.
9. Disclaimer
Noctra is provided "as is" and "as available." Playback quality, metadata, EPG results, provider access, stream availability, and compatibility vary by device and third-party source. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every source, or suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kynora Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, unavailable third-party content, provider outages, or claims arising from sources you add or use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated when application functionality, Store requirements, or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top identifies the latest version. If a change requires a new notice or consent under applicable law, we will request it where required. Otherwise, continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
