Terms of Use — Mobile

These Terms apply to Noctra for Android. Noctra is a media player and playlist organizer; it does not provide, host, sell, rent, broadcast, or include media content, playlists, links, EPG data, or IPTV subscriptions.

1. Acceptance

Downloading, installing, or using Noctra for Android means you accept these Terms.

2. No Content or Subscription Is Provided

Noctra does not provide, host, sell, rent, broadcast, or include media content, playlists, links, EPG data, or IPTV subscriptions and grants no access to paid or protected content.

3. Your Content Sources and Responsibilities

Use only sources you own, control, or may legally access. Follow copyright, licenses, provider terms, and applicable law. Do not access unauthorized content or bypass payments, access controls, DRM, or regional restrictions.

4. Third-Party Services

Third-party providers and sources are controlled by their owners. Noctra is not responsible for availability, legality, accuracy, quality, security, pricing, outages, changes, or content. You are responsible for any provider account, subscription, fee, credential, or access right required by those services.

5. Downloads and Offline Use

Use downloads only when legally and contractually authorized, and delete them when access rights end.

6. Free and Premium Features

Features and limits may differ and change. The Free version may show banner and interstitial ads through third-party advertising SDKs: Google AdMob on devices with Google Play services and Huawei Petal Ads on supported Huawei devices. The Free player may also display a Noctra Free watermark. Premium removes these advertising and watermark surfaces. Promotion codes may be temporary, limited, expire, become inactive, allow one use per device, or be withdrawn.

7. Advertising Consent

Ads in the Free version are subject to your privacy and consent choices. Accepting Noctra's legal notice is separate from giving consent for personalized advertising. Where consent is required, you can decline personalized ads and keep using the app; non-personalized or limited ads may still be shown in the Free version where supported.

8. Google Play Purchases and Subscriptions

Google Play handles purchases, payments, taxes, refunds, and entitlements under its policies. Premium entitlement may be verified with Google through the Kynora Studio verification backend. Noctra never receives your card data. If you purchase a recurring subscription, Google Play bills it according to the subscription terms shown at purchase until you cancel. Uninstalling Noctra does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play; refund eligibility is determined by Google Play policies and applicable law.

9. Huawei AppGallery Purchases and Subscriptions

If Noctra was installed through Huawei AppGallery, Huawei IAP handles purchases, payments, taxes, refunds, and subscription entitlements under Huawei's terms. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase until canceled. Uninstalling Noctra does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel through Huawei's subscription-management tools; refund eligibility follows Huawei's policies and applicable law. Premium entitlement is verified by Kynora Studio's backend using signed Huawei IAP purchase data.

10. Support and Enforcement

Support or developer-operated features may be restricted for infringement, abuse, fraud, attacks, or illegal activity.

11. Disclaimer

Noctra is provided "as is" and "as available." Playback, metadata, program guide, access, availability, and compatibility vary without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynora Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, inaccessible third-party content, provider outages, or claims arising from your sources. Non-excludable liabilities are unaffected.

13. Changes

These Terms may change with features, store requirements, or legal obligations. The revision date at the top identifies the latest version. If a change requires a new notice or consent under applicable law, we will request it where required. Otherwise, continued use means acceptance where permitted.
